How to apply for treatment at De Hoop

If you wish to receive treatment or counseling at De Hoop, you need to call the central intake office, located at De Hoop's outpatients' clinic: +31 (0)78 6111 222. You also need to do this if you have been referred to De Hoop by other institutions.

You will make an appointment for an intake session. This will take place within five days after you have applied for treatment or counseling. You alone will have this session with staff members of De Hoop. During the intake session, we will determine whether or not and how De Hoop can help you. If we cannot help you, we attempt to refer you to another care institution. Sometimes, you need another intake session.

Waiting list
If you can follow treatment or counseling at De Hoop, you are placed at the waiting list. Throughout the period between intake and admission, you will receive support by means of consultation sessions and waiting list meetings.

Please note that care can only be offered to Dutch citizens who are registered with the Dutch health insurance fund. Depending on the type of care, other conditions may be set.
