  • Relational problems.

Eligibility
Clients are eligible for ambulatory psychosocial care if they:

  • Are struggling with psychosocial and psychological problems
  • Have a living address and the ability to live independently.

De Hoop will refer people to another program if they:

  • Have predominant problems with addiction
  • Need 24-hour care
  • Have an aversion against De Hoop's Christian identity.

View
De Hoop offers treatment from a Christian view on care. This Christian view is derived from De Hoop's main mission: helping people start a new life.

Contents
Our ambulatory psychosocial care offer consists of individual counseling sessions and home assignments. It is also possible to follow relational therapy.

Telephonic consultation hour
Our telephonic consultation hour can be reached every Monday and Wednesday, from 11.00 am to 12.30 pm, on phone number +31 (0)78 631 55 72.

Duration
If clients wish to continue treatment after the introductory session, at least five sessions will follow. Clients have one session every two weeks. After these five sessions, it is determined whether or not the help offered fits the client's needs. Clients may then decide to stop or continue treatment. The duration of treatment depends partly on the nature of the client's problems.
