Psychiatric treatment and supervised living
De Hoop ggz offers treatment for psychosocial and psychiatric problems, for example, problems that have to do with rejection, fear, depression, loneliness, burn-out, identity and self-image, upbringing, relationships, dealing with grief, feelings of guilt, sexuality, incest, trauma and spirituality. Furthermore, De Hoop offers treatment to people who are addicted and are dealing with psychiatric problems as well (‘double diagnosis’).
Only Dutch citizens
Please note that, unfortunately, we can only offer treatment to Dutch citizens. In order to be able to follow treatment, you also need to have a Dutch health insurance. Depending on the kind of treatment, other conditions may be set.
Treatment at De Hoop is based on Biblical principles and has a Christian character. The employees use their professional knowledge and expertise starting from a Christian view of life. De Hoop believes that every human being is valuable and that everyone can find a healthy balance in life with the help of God.
De Hoop has different treatment programs which vary in form of treatment and duration. By means of an interview on admission, we decide, together with you, which treatment program fits your situation the best.
Remaining offer of treatment:
Co-admittance of children
It is possible that you have children and that you do not want others to care for them during your treatment. At De Hoop it is, in some cases, possible to take your children with you when you are being treated. We discuss this possibility with you during the interview on admission.
